Project Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our digital marketing team. As the Project Manager, you will ensure the successful delivery of projects for our customers by coordinating with cross-functional teams and clients. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence in our projects and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.

As a part of your job, you will be

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from project initiation to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, content, and marketing, to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
  • Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines, and establish milestones and deliverables.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans to address them.
  • Ensure that projects meet the highest quality and technical excellence standards, and adhere to industry best practices and standards.
  • Participate in projects as a technical consultant, providing hands-on technical expertise and guidance as needed.
  • Develop project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluation reports.
  • Manage project budgets, track project expenses, and ensure that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Take over existing retainer projects and ensure their successful continuation.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning within the project team.

We expect you to have the following skills:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the development of marketing and sales processes 
  • Experience managing marketing projects, including website development, app development, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and experience with other data and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, take the initiative, and drive projects to completion.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
