As a part of your job, you will be
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from project initiation to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, content, and marketing, to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines, and establish milestones and deliverables.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans to address them.
- Ensure that projects meet the highest quality and technical excellence standards, and adhere to industry best practices and standards.
- Participate in projects as a technical consultant, providing hands-on technical expertise and guidance as needed.
- Develop project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluation reports.
- Manage project budgets, track project expenses, and ensure that projects are delivered within budget.
- Take over existing retainer projects and ensure their successful continuation.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning within the project team.
We expect you to have the following skills:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the development of marketing and sales processes
- Experience managing marketing projects, including website development, app development, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and experience with other data and project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, take the initiative, and drive projects to completion.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
